Butterfinger Cake
One bite of this delicious dessert and you're hooked! Like chocolate? What about peanut butter? Top that off with some creamy caramel and voila. This was a big hit at the holiday open house. Enjoy!
1 Chocolate cake mix 4 1/2 oz. finely chopped peanut butter logs 1 - 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk 10 oz. Peter's soft caramel
Preheat oven to 325°.
Prepare cake mix following package directions. Add 2 1/2 oz. chopped peanut butter logs to batter. Pour into 9"x13" prepared pan and bake as directed. Using the handle of wooden spoon, poke holes all over baked cake. Mix soft caramel and sweetened condensed milk together. Pour over cake. Sprinkle with rest of chopped peanut butter logs. Can be served with a dollop of whipped cream if desired.

Easter Egg Coloring
Just in time for the holiday. Have fun!
1 Tbsp. vinegar 1/2 cup boiling water Paste food coloring in desired colors (amount depends on depth of color desired - more for richer hues)
For each color, dissolve food color by combining with vinegar in a cup (each should have individual container). Stir boiling water into vinegar solution. Place hard-boiled eggs in cup with spoon. Remove when desired color is reached. Lay on paper towels to dry.
